A spacious oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough for a night out on the town. If you’d rather stay in and enjoy the views, relax on the patio soak in the hot tub, or have a drink by the fire pit with your fur baby!

Enjoy your own private two room suite with patio - breathtaking views of the bay, filled with sailboats and a gorgeous skyline. A cold drink, on a hot summers day, is best enjoyed while watching the sunset from on patio, next to the fire pit or from the hot tub.

Large two bedrooms (appx. 18 x 40 each) with sitting area. King size mattresses are one of the most comfortable around. Recent renovated, upgraded private bathrooms include brand new showers with glass doors and a clean, modern feel.

With comfortable outdoor furniture, weight bench and hand weights, a barbecue area with a small sink & outdoor beverage fridge, use of the backyard area to sun yourself or enjoy lawn games, a private (locked) space for outdoor toys such as beach cruisers, surf boards or kayaks, and a breezy cool room, this location has something for everyone.

For those who enjoy the home, amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, two lush terry robes available to snuggle in during San Diego cool breezes after playing in the water, central heating and air (because San Diego can go through all four seasons in one day!) and a small business desk area for the business traveler or gamer. Extra linens and towels are also kept on hand as well as black out curtains in the first bedroom.

The room is downstairs of the house privately. Private entrance, patio, backyard, hot tub, fire pit, bathroom, and bedroom. We are in the house upstairs, but would only bump into each other if by chance outside when leaving or entering the property. The utmost privacy and perfect secluded getaway is guaranteed.

This home is privately owned and managed; the owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

We live in a quiet, family neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10p to 8a inside and outside and are monitored closely. There are no other guests, loud music, or parties inside or outside of premises. Please be cognizant of noise when leaving and exiting the property and getting in and out of cars/Ubers on the street. There will be a $100 noise disturbance fee if quiet hours are not observed.

All guests are provided this advance notice as I want to be sure you’re happy with the property.

If there are any special needs or requests, please feel free to message beforehand so it can be accommodated, if possible!

There is a white trash can in the outdoor sitting area that may be used as well for any trash, along with the indoor trash bin. The hot tub can be dangerous. Please no food or drink permitted in the hot tub and do not leave children unsupervised in or near.

Well-behaved, house-trained and non-aggressive pets are welcome, but must be approved ahead of time - please provide details of your pets prior to booking. Please remember to clean up after your furry friends!

Host lives upstairs, with pets, so may be residual noise from time to time.

Hot tub maintenance is performed Tuesdays between 9am to 12pm. They will arrive on property through the side gate and be on property for a short period of time. If you brought a dog, please secure them during this time.
