  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. The apartment was super cute and within 15-2” minutes or so of everything (downtown, the beaches etc). It was easy to find and follow check-in instructions. The space could use some simple upgrades and maybe more detailed cleaning but was clean enough to be comfortable. We enjoyed our time and felt safe in the unit and the area. I would recommend and would stay there again!

Beach vacay

Overall very nice place for the buck! Not far from mission beach, pacific beach, zoo, downtown, and seaworld. Pretty quite area as well and well maintained!

Excellent space and location!

The space was exactly as advertised, close to everything we wanted to visit and perfect for our dog! Nice little back are to take our pup out to use restroom and nice nearby neighborhoods and dog friendly areas/beaches to get her as activity in. Connor provided clear instructions and our check-in and check-out were seamless. Excited to stay here again in the future!

Nice Apartment

Weather was cold. No central heat in apartment. Only two electric portable space heaters to use. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Convenient Stay in PB

We had a really nice stay. The location was perfect for getting to downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and Balboa Park, which made exploring super easy. Plus, having air conditioning in Pacific Beach is a big win! On the downside, we did notice some cleanliness issues. The couch had some large stains, and the floors could have been cleaner. The Wi-Fi also wasn't the best, which was fine since we were out most of the time. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and loved the location!

Pacific beach - great location [central to everything]

Good, could be cleaner... couch and bedding had random stains but it didnt seem dirty. The whole place was nice and clean enough for the vacation stay. Nice bedroom a/c and nice kitchen. Shower worked just fine and the tv was a bonus.

Getting out of the heat

It was a nice clean well furnished apt in a good area. We didn’t realize it was upstairs, but we managed. One thing that would be an improvement is to have a couple folding luggage racks or a table to put suitcases on.

Nice quiet apartment. Good location - all the places we wanted to go to in San Diego were within a 10-20 minute drive. Quick and easy communication with host.

The property is nice and it’s clean. Connor is very detailed which I appreciate and he provides checkin and checkout information a day before checkin which I love. We would stay again.

Liked the location

We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go within 25 minutes. Most of our time was spent away from the VRBO so it made a perfect landing spot being somewhat centralized to all the different areas we were exploring. Everything you need for a couple was provided.
