Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has it all for your family beach vacation! Large kitchen, central A/C, brand new bathrooms, garage and large yard with jacuzzi, BBQ, putting green and outdoor seating for relaxing with the ocean breeze and California sun. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols.

For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway!

We just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. There are full size washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a crib, two pack 'n plays, one high chair, and single and double strollers.

Parking are detached garage and free overnight street parking in front of the house. Internet speed is 500 Mbps.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

For larger groups, we also have a separate 2 bedroom unit in the back available for 6 more people! The back unit is completely separate from the front house and there are no shared use of the backyard or beach equipment to maintain your privacy, but there is a gate we can open for guests who rent both units together. The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! My family and I just had an awesome 4 night stay at this home. Check in was super easy and the host was great to communicate with. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the house was spotless, and fully stocked upon arrival. The outdoor area was a highlight! The location is excellent and a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants! We will absolutely stay here again!!!

This place is a dream. We walked to the beach every day, which is about a block and a half away. There is an excellent fish restaurant a couple of walks away. Wonderful location.The home is delightful and updated. They had everything we needed to travel with our three-year-old and six month old. Some of the wonderful details: a Bosch dishwasher, children’s dishes, sparkling waters, and snacks upon arrival, tons of children’s books and toys. The folks who own this place thought of everything. What a treat.

We had the best stay here! The house was so comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids under 2) and a friend couple! It had all the baby gear you could need - high chair, crib, stroller, toys - and beach gear you need! The outdoor space is also perfect for families especially after you put the kids to sleep. Super clean and pictures don’t do the space justice! The location is also amazing for walks to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and shops. We’re already trying to book a trip back in a few months.

We went to visit our son who lives in CA. The house was in a perfect location and just the right size for our family. It had all the amenities needed to make our stay even better. Beds were super comfy and I loved the large shower near the primary bedroom. My son loved the mini golf area. Check in and check out was super easy. All the tall men in my family appreciated finding a house with multiple king sized beds. The location worked well for us... an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. And walking distance to the beach is a total plus. The neighborhood was attractive and well kept. The house was clean and bright with a nice kitchen. Owners were pleasant to deal with. We would happily stay again on a future visit.

We stayed here for a long weekend away with our kids and another family with young kids. The house was great for the two families and was walking distance from most things that we wanted to do in Pacific Beach. There were a number of kids books, outdoor games, and other things that our kids had a great time with. There was also a door between the bedroom area and the LR area, which helped with noise when people woke up on different schedules and when the adults wanted to hang out after bedtimes.

Our family of 5 stayed here for my niece's wedding in La Jolla. Great location, spacious, super clean and fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home is immaculate!! The backyard is just as nice. We loved using the hot tub and the putting green. Very quiet neighborhood and a close walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in San Diego.

We stayed there with my in-laws. We had a 1, 7 & 9 year old. It was wonderful having all the strollers, highchair, crib and toys for the infant at hand without needing to fly with them. Perfect stay for our family of six. Plenty of room and lots of kid friendly things. The crib and pack and plays were great because we only have so much room in our van for everything. Very close to the beach and loved the enclosed backyard so the kids could be safe and enjoy the beautiful weather. No problems at all. Great Place. This rental house has lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms are nice and big. Everything was clean and there was lots of extra blankets & towels. The strollers aren't new and the straps don't all work but that double one went to Sea World, Lego Land, the Outlet mall, Disneyland and was perfect for us! There were beach toys that kept all three kids busy. Lots of dishes in the kitchen. We used the BBQ almost every night. Loved how close we were to the beach but it was quiet at night, no party noises. We took our Apple TV with us and it hooked up, no problem.

Just got back from our amazing stay in Pacific Beach. We vacation annually with our extended family of 3 couples and four kids (ages 3-9). The house was PERFECT. Easy walking distance to the beach as well as food and shopping. We had a 3 year-old as well as a 75 year-old so easy walking was important! There was plenty of room in the house for the 3 families and the 3 King beds was a huge plus for us! When renting 4 bedrooms it's hard to find 3 kings for the 3 couples. There was still plenty of room for the kiddos. They all bunked together in the kids room even though there was plenty of room in the living room with the pull-out. There was lots of street parking for our 3 cars (a garage space as well). So many extras in the house to cut down on what you need to bring as well. Tons of beach toys, wagon, strollers, pack-n-plays as well as a regular crib in one of the rooms. The owners were so gracious and helpful as well. They turned what could've been a major inconvenience (a fridge malfunction) into a minor blip in the week we hardly noticed. They fixed the issue ASAP (brand new fridge so no future worries) and even treated us to a dinner out for our inconvenience. When we have three generations traveling together it can be hard to please everyone but safe to say all ten of us had no complaints and a fabulous stay in Pacific Beach!

The house is better than it looks in the pictures. Here's a list of things we especially appreciated: House was very clean when we arrived. Cleaning service does a great job. Kitchen is fully loaded for cooking (more than most rental condos/houses) which we made great use of. Hot tub works well, gets hot, and has good jets. Enclosed backyard w/lawn is great for kids, and for hosing down after beach outings. Street is quiet. Street traffic not noticeable (which would not be the case in many areas of PB). Beach is magnificent. There is a delineated border for surfers and swimmers (great for kids). Plus a surf school for kids (where they can learn on the smaller waves). It is crowded but the folks are friendly, and kids enjoyed making friends. Access to freeway (north of Garnet) is a little easier than congested Garnet. Nearby Trader Joes (this is a big plus for us). Garage is loaded with toys for kids and surf stuff (3 boogie boards + a surf board). The red wagon is a life saver as we loaded it to the gill, including its roof that holds the boogie boards. One warning (although not a complaint), the garage is difficult to enter and exit. There is room for a car or SUV, but care must be taken. We were able to find parking in front of the house (except on Saturday), so this was a moot point. Notes about the owners: We appreciated their flexibility in accommodating our date change. When you call, Rob picks up the phone. They also went to the trouble to mail my daughter's doll back to us that she had left behind. We had a great time at this beach house and consider it quite a bargain and hope to return soon. Highly recommend.
