* We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
* The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
* This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
* Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply.
* Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Jacuzzi heating is always free
* A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
* After 8 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
* Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
* Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
