部屋は禁煙と書いてあったのに、部屋はタバコの臭いで苦しく、シーツやタオルを交換してもらったらクリーニング済みのシーツやタオルまでタバコの臭いで最悪… 耐えきれず、途中で他のホテルに移動しました。 The room said no smoking, but the room suffered from the smell of cigarettes, and when I asked them to change the sheets and towels, even the cleaned sheets and towels smelled of cigarettes, which was the worst... I could not stand it and moved to another hotel in the middle of the day.

This place is dirty. I reserved a non-smoking but they insisted I selected smoking. I don’t even smoke. I requested at front desk to change it but sadly hotel/motel is fully booked as they insisted.

The bed sheets were dirty. The outlets were all loose, some didn't work. The room had a smell to it that wasn't pleasant. The hair dryer does not work. The shower door is falling apart. We had to wait an hour past check in time for the room to be ready. Not a pleasant stay at all.

I will start with saying "You get what you pay for". I was looking for an inexpensive place and I got what comes with that price. Upon check-in, the lady seemed less than thrilled that I was there. Also let me know that there was a daily parking fee that was not mentioned before. She didn't give me a map to find my room (and it is a little like a maze) nor any information about breakfast. The grounds were dirty (although the overflowing trash did get taken out within a few hours of our arrival) and the garage has a bunch of furniture in it. Our biggest concern was electrical sounds coming from one of our outlets. We let the staff know (and this person was much more amenable to helping us). They sent a maintenance person up. There wasn't much concern and they simply flipped some breakers. It seemed like it had stopped so they left. It started up again and we asked for a room switch but they claimed there were no clean rooms but they could clean some and call us back. That didn't happen and so during the night, we not only heard the noise from the outlets, but saw sparks inside the outlets. We simply unplugged everything from that wall and didn't see or hear anything again. When we checked out, we did leave a message that they NEED to get that fixed or a fire will break out. I had plans to stay here again for a future visit to the area, but immediately cancelled that reservation and found something a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it.

I was a little concerned about the highway traffic staying here however, we could not hear the highway in our room. We will stay again when needing a place to stay for a night.

We had to change rooms because of the smell of cigarettes. Toilet seat is cracked and warped. Toilet tank is busted. Curtains look like they came from prison.

Absolutely would not recommend. I booked based on the pictures and having a kitchen in the room. BIG MISTAKE! We went to check in and the hotel was an absolute dump of a place. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 430, and then we were given a room without a kitchen. The room had been "remodeled" in such a bad way , there was paint splatters in the bathroom, a huge gap thst let light in under the front door, and they used a round toilet seat on an oval toilet creating . This is a 2 star motel at best. It was so bad my family decided to lose the money we already paid and book another hotel. My bad for not reading the reviews and just looking at the pictures posted. Live and learn, hopefully I will save someone else from making the same mistake I did with this review. Not sure where they got the picture they posted online, but it definitely wasn't from this hotel!

It was a great place in overall. I just dont like they charge parking. No hotel should charge parking for booking with them. Other than that, it was quiet and relaxing.

The rooms don't have space door for special needs walkers and hand holders for them to take a shower. We were there for 4 days and our room wasn't cleaned or towels changed

Terrible experience. Don’t go please. To start with we booked online for No smoking room. As we entered there was terrible smoking smell. Every corner of the room stinking. Cobwebs on the walls. No hand soap in the restroom. Flush not working properly. Toilet seat flush tank made terrible noise for 15 mins after each flush. Pictures of the “motel” which are posted online are very deceiving. Worst experience.

I would not recommend staying here, the rooms are very old, the property is poorly kept. Even for a budget motel, this was not up to standard at all. You could hear people yelling at all hours of the night, there looked to be blood near the pool which we told the front desk about and it was not cleaned up. Check in time was 3, we weren't able to check in until almost 4 because the front desk girl rudely told me they weren't ready for us yet. The free breakfast was you having to fight over 2 wafflemakers in a corner with 15 other people or a muffin... save yourself a headache and book literally anywhere else

This property had clearly been chosen to provide "transitional housing" and those clients made the stay unpleasant. They left trash everywhere, they had pets that made noise all night (despite signs saying no pets), the cafeteria was cleaned out, leaving little for other guests. The staff were overwhelmed dealing with those bozos, which left them little bandwidth to address any concerns other clients may have. The pool was well maintained and very nice.

Pues muy descuidado el hotel! Sucio! No hay toallas y hay que ir hasta el lobby y bueno terminaron dándonos solo unas toallas faciales! Muy sucio el baño con telarañas! Huele mucho a humedad la habitación ! Los alrededores con los botes de basura llenos! No hay servicio de limpieza ! Te cobran extra por estacionamiento! Y el desayuno deja mucho que desear! No había ni leche ni café ! Muy pequeño el lugar y muy desordenado ! Faltaba pan tostado o lo que fuera solo algunos huevos cocidos, café, cereal, no había leche fresca, solo para preparar wafles y se acabó muy pronto ni miel de maple!
