Wow, this house was stunning! Ocean views from the kitchen and front room, lots of outdoor seating, right on the beach, boogie boards, surfboards, coolers and bikes available for use. Honestly, one of the best beach vacays we've ever had. Absolutely fantastic!!

Beautiful Home, great location! Views and Sunsets are spectacular, which draws spectators. The host is fabulous , she is available, knowledgeable, and helpful. Parking is great for one car or two small cars. The house is spacious and comfortable and the beds very comfortable! TV’s everywhere. Great rental! It is a three rental unit and this is the bottom floor.
can’t beat the ocean sound, breeze, and constant surfing community in front of you.

Our friend group of 50 years spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it all! The view from our front porch was breathtaking; paired well with a bottle of wine and kicked back for views of the orange and yellow sunsets. Loved watching all the different dogs walk by and enjoyed visiting with their owners. We walked the beach several times, took a cooler and beach chairs one day and walked the main street to restaurants and shopping. No uber needed until we went to La Jolla and into Little Italy for dinners. The inside had plenty of lounging areas to accommodate us all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big, comfortable and clean. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen offered everything we needed to do so. We ordered our groceries from Target and Total Wine. Very easy delivery. I would most definitely rent from James again. Especially appreciated his manager who met us, Mary Barry. Thank you again!

The host, Mary, is very attentive and helpful in all areas of our stay. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house had excellent views of the ocean and our first night we experienced a gorgeous sunset. The house is stocked with everything we needed for a great stay.

Words don't even come close to telling how spectacular this home it. The setting is out of a movie and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home was perfect and fully stocked with everything you could think of. We can't wait to get back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful multi-family visit. The view was incredible, the garage stocked with bikes/strollers/ice chests/chairs and more! The location is a short walk to a myriad of restaurants, bars and shops! The rooms are spacious and the family/front room has the best of both worlds with a quieter TV room for those who want to watch sports or movies without harshing the mellow of those in the front room with the expansive view. Extra freezer and fridge in the garage a huge bonus. Mary and Gina were great to work with. Looking forward to staying again!

I read a lot of reviews for this property before booking and noticed many travelers had stayed multiple times. I can see why! It was one of our favorite VRBOs! Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy access to the beach and water. Well laid out floor plan with abundant and comfortable furnishings. Friendly and responsive communication with the property manager. Would definitely book this home again!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the manager was the most gracious host I've encountered with a vacation rental. Mary walked us through and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She was available the entire stay if we needed anything, which we didn't! The beach supplies and kitchen are totally stocked with everything. Overall, this was the best stay ever for a wonderful family vacation, and we would love to stay again someday!

Great location & perfect home for our group!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with fabulous ocean views & just steps from the beach! It was a short drive to visit Sea World, & to go kayaking in the bay, & on a para sailing adventure. The kids ages 12 & 8 also took surfing lessons at Pacific Beach near the house. We definitely want to vacation here again!

Beautiful and convenient

This house was perfect for a family trip for 6. Ending every day sitting on the front porch watching the sun set on the ocean was so relaxing. Walking down a flight of stairs to the beach was the best amenity.We were able to get to all of the major San Diego tourist destinations(Midway, the Zoo, SeaWorld, Old Town, Torrey Pines, Coronado Island) in less than 30 minutes, plus walk to Pacific and Mission Beach boardwalks.There are plenty of stores, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also, coffee and grocery store.

Fantastic view!

Loved the view and watching the surfers. Mary met us here and walked us through the property. We walked down to the beach and were also 25 minutes from San Diego. Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Great Beach House!

Loved the house, the view, access to the beach, bikes you can ride to La Jolla or Pacific beach. Perched above it all. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need for a fun beach getaway. Mary is very helpful and responsive to any needs you have.
