THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella)
-Home is in the epicenter of Mission Beach and noise may be heard from time to time
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
-This home does not have AC, however it does have fans, and it does have a wall heater. Enjoy the coastal climate!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is a dedicated parking space behind the unit and a two additional tandem spaces in the lot next door if needed. Please make sure to stay to the East side of the gravel lot.
