The house does not have an elevator and it is located on a pedestrian street. The holiday home Apartmento El balcón de la Catedral is ideally located in the centre of La Laguna. The house from the XIX century was renovated and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in each bedroom.

An extra bed suppletory can be provided for a fee upon request to the host.

Your private balcony invites you to start your day outside with a delicious cup of coffee while overlooking the city.

Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 1-2 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 10 minutes of driving you will arrive at Santa Cruz de Tenerife where you can spend the day at the beach. Furthermore, Tenerife North airport is just an 8-minute drive (4.3 km) from the property.

Parking is available at a public car park just 5 minutes away.

The house does not have an elevator and it is located on a pedestrian street.

Please note that there is an office on the 1st floor, and guests may encounter the host occasionally.

This property is equipped with a surveillance camera located at the main entrance. This camera only records the entrance to the property and does not capture images of private areas or the interior of the property. All footage is managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and is used exclusively for access control and security purposes.

The attic of the house includes a room for 2 guests, which can be requested as an additional room, with a supplement and upon request to the host.

The 2 properties El balcón de la Catedral and La Buhardilla de La Vicaría are located in the same house and share a common hall area with stairs and an armchair. From this hall there is access to each property, meaning that if both properties are booked at the same time, it is possible that guests will cross paths. Also, the access from one bedroom to another and to the kitchen is done through the common area.

Please note that guests outside of the reservation are not allowed to stay.

Fantastische Stadtwohnung

Wir haben hier für 3 Tage Station gemacht auf einer selbstorganisierten Rundreise. Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Das Apartment sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, das geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und es ist sehr gemütlich. Trotz moderner Einrichtung in Bad und Küche hat sich der Charme des alten Hauses erhalten. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist super. Darunter ist ein Café, gegenüber eine Bäckerei und um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
