The living area has several sofas that will provide you with maximum comfort, as well as a modern living room with a 55’ Smart TV. There is an independent kitchen, fully equipped, with access to an auxiliary space with washing machine and drying area and a large dining room with capacity for 10 people, ideal for family gatherings or friends.
It offers five comfortable bedrooms, four of them with queen size beds and one with two single beds and private bathroom. The master bedroom stands out for its spaciousness, while another offers a cosy sofa and views of the swimming pool. All designed to guarantee maximum relaxation for our guests. There are a total of 4 full bathrooms with shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.
For added comfort, the property offers ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area, 1G/s WiFi fibre internet and private outdoor parking space.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine, hoover, iron, hairdryer, cot, high chair, towels, bed linen and much more.
To access the accommodation, there is a small flight of stairs.
The swimming pool, shared among the guests of the complex, has an air-conditioning system, maintaining an ideal temperature all year round (25-26 degrees). The opening hours are as follows:
Summer: 09:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs.
Winter: 09:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs.
The complex has two outdoor chambers, each pointing to one of the car parks.
An extra cleaning service is offered mid-term for stays of more than 6 days at an additional cost of 120€.
