Great overall stay for the price, staff was super friendly and attentive. Room can be cleaned better, floors were filthy, as soon as we got in the room and kids took of there shoes and walked a bit feet got black on the bottom, a sheet on the bed had stains. Overall it was pretty good and comfortable stay

My Granddaughter and I spent 08/14 - 08/18/2023. The Owners/Managers were so kind and helpful. I use a cane and couldn't make it up and down the stairs over and over so they put us in a great room right by the office. The room was comfortable and clean, bed was great. As others had posted about dirt, mold, smells, insects... We experienced NONE of these problems. The pool area was clean and the water was amazing and relaxing from the days of over 100 degrees. I left a couple of items in the room by mistake and the lady called me while I was going through TSA to let me know. I'll send her money to mail the items. I look forward to visiting this location again since my other granddaughter is stationed at Fort Sam for the next year.

The place was absolutely filthy. It was moldy it smelled so bad. The area was unsafe. We had to switch hotels, and they charged me for a night that I didn’t even stay there. There was no way I was putting my five-year-old in the dirty bathtub.

Most of the staff was very friendly, first time in San Antonio and was told I had to go to H‑E‑B before we left and so glad we did. Also very quiet for being right next to Air Force base. And pool was clean.

Glowing review, yes I’m a real person too.

The staff here is truly wonderful and very helpful. I had set the wrong dates for my stay for July and they pointed it out, instead of telling me to leave, they gave me a room and said to contact hotels.com to fix it and once it was done I would be fine. I very much so enjoyed my stay. The room was big and clean and although next to the high way, relatively quiet.

Manager at the front desk was super nice. She actually called us before check in to let us know the pool was down and would be during our stay and wanted to make sure we knew since we had kids traveling with us. We had no intentions of using the pool, but it was really nice of her to call and give us the heads up. Overall, the place is dated, but our room was clean and all of our needs met.

Do not book any rooms here because they have roach and mold bathrooms, and the worst thing about this place is that they do not clean their bed sheets or clean their bed sheets after new guests arrive. I found other people's hair and this place is filthy.
