Quick trip.

Friendly staff, clean and welcoming foyer. Room size is your typical Japanese standard size, bed tv mini fridge and a bathroom. Bed was firm which I prefer, however the only complaint I have for cleanliness is the pillow. Found pillow had an odour and it wasn’t the pillow sham. As to the location, it’s about 12 min to Dotonburi district, 10 min to Dotonburi Plaza where you can take a bus directly to Kansai Airport which is very convenient for approximately $18 CAD. No eatery directly at the hotel but walking distant 10-15min. Laundry mats close by and of course there’s a family mart across the way from the hotel. Overall great experience.

This hotel has a franchise chain of Crystal I, Crystal II & Crystal III. I would say this, the service is good, the hotel room is typical Japanese small size but doable, the lobby is clean and organized, the room is clean and organized. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is safe and quiet in the residential area, which is nice. There is FREE wif-fi and they will store your luggage if you hire luggage delivery to have your luggage arrive before you arrive. ONLY drawback though, despite, it's still walkable, it's 18 min walk from the nearest subway station and 15 mins away from the busy famous Dotonbori. It's ok but next time I prefer something closer to the action coz when it rains, it's hard to walk even just for 15 mins. Other than that, this hotel is clean, comfy & definitely a good price for good value.

I think it is a cost-effective accommodation close to Dotonbori. It's just not that accessible to transportation I also recommend taking a taxi for group guests. The condition of the room was very satisfactory. Room cleaning service is also provided for clean and consecutive nights. However, breakfast tasted a little expensive.

Location is not great, 10-15 minutes walk to get to any subway or busstation, also at least 10 minutes walk to get to dotonbori. Very very very small rooms, no place to put or even open the luggages

Crazy light and charging socket behind pillow on first bed, so if you turn over in night you can turn room lights on. The fridge had noisy motor so in night would come on and waje you. Stain on carpet outside room leading up passage, tv remote had no battery cover so batteries kept falling out. .last room very small almost like it had been single room yhen after thought put second bed in for extra money which would explain banging head on charging socket.

My stay here was very enjoyable and relaxed. From check in to check out, the customer service of the clerks were extremely friendly and professional, they always greet me when I enter and leave the hotel. Also, front desk clerk Taniwaki helped me with sending my luggage to my next hotel and was very patient and kind. 5 star customer service for sure! The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but all the amenities were provided and the cleanliness was good. Room service will not clean your room unless you ask them to if you are staying for a few days. The wifi is specific to your room, so while it was fast and reliable in the hotel room, it wasn’t usable in the lobby. There were two things that, while I was completely fine with, may be issues for other people. First, the location is at least 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. So while it was quiet and relaxing at the hotel, there is a substantial walk to go anywhere. However, the proximity of the family mart and a local bakery makes up for it. Second, they have a smoking patio that opens up right to the dining area of the lobby. If you enjoy getting takeout food and eating it in the dining area, the smell of cigarette smoke can be over powering. Other than these two points, everything else was amazing for the price. Shout out again to the friendly customer service, and I would stay here again on my next trip back to Osaka.
