The swimming pool was broken and we could not use for one day then send us to another hotel were had time restrictions . They should inform guest about it . Another issue was was to see a foreign old man with two young women at the hotel . It was inappropriate for family oriented hotel . Hoping the feedback is considered and make Trigen to improve . Food was good in general but somet days the juice was not freshed . The rodizio was not the best experience ."
