"great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat."

"A tale of two rooms—excellent service saved our stay We had a very mixed experience at this hotel, starting with a room that was quite disappointing. The initial space felt outdated, had visible mold, and was generally not up to cleanliness standards. Most frustratingly, both the shower and the toilet were non-functional, which made the first part of our stay very difficult. However, the staff—specifically Nicole and Karen—completely turned the situation around. They were professional, empathetic, and worked hard to resolve our issues, acknowledging that the maintenance failures of the first room were unacceptable. They moved us to a renovated room that, while slightly smaller, was a massive improvement. It was cozy, attractive, and spotlessly clean, with everything working perfectly. The contrast between the two rooms was night and day. While the older sections of the hotel clearly need work, the dedication of the staff and the quality of the updated rooms made our stay enjoyable in the end. If you book here, definitely request one of the renovated rooms! "

"Horrible place .Sofa smelled. Linen was dirty. Window shades dont block the sun. Extremely noisy. Bathroom window has nothing blocking the view from other departments. Poor signage to find it. Too many wrongs to list . I complained upon check out . I stayed at another hotel for haft the price and ten times the quality. Only positive thing is they found an item i left behind and kept it for me "

"Capitalia Antara Polanco was great and exceeded my expectations! The host was very informative and communicated prior to check-in which made the process very easy. The entire staff I dealt with was very kind, polite, and helpful. The property is very clean, smells great, and both of my rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities (including full kitchen) that helped me enjoy my stay. I also took advantage of the complimentary rooftop breakfast on two occasions and it was lovely enjoying the city view with fresh juice and eggs made to order. It really helped to get the mornings started on my busy days. The location is very convenient, there's plenty to do in the surrounding areas from shopping to dining and sightseeing. In just short walks we were able to go to both Antara plaza and Palacio de Hierro for shopping, dined at several restaurants with lots of variety, toured Museo Soumaya, as well as covered the basics at convenience stores and pharmacies. While other attractions were just a short drive away like Bosque Chapultepec and lucha libra at Arena Mexico. I'm very thankful this stay enhanced my trip, I felt like I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely stay here again!"
