"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. The location is perfect, it’s a nice little stroll to get to Sami and it’s no longer than 40min to drive anywhere on the island. There are also a lot of things to see and experience in the local area, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful Melissani cave. "

"Our family of 5 had a lovely few nights here. The pool was perfect for our children and the apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Stavros is a perfect host, very friendly and our children thought he was great. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break. "
