「The staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. 」

「Lovely apartment, great view over the harbour, close to the bus station ( and an excellent bus service ) the one tiny issue we did have ( broken toaster ) was attended to extremely quickly.
All in all, a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the island. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
「We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians.
The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes).」

「We never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable.」
