Also upon check in waited behind another couple as we stood there and there was no one around working the they appeared from back office. One would figure you would want your desk clerk out greeting guests and be available. Had stated here a few years ago and was severely disappointed this time. Not worth the money if you can’t even enjoy a good hot shower "

"The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified."

"Dirty walls, stained carpet, I also found a dirty wash cloth in my shower and the shampoo and conditioner was empty."
