"Amazing experience. The beach and pool are beautiful. Our butler Luis went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The staff is amazing and the food was excellent. We even had an open bar 1 min walking from our room. We plan on coming back for sure! The entertainment was great as well! Shout out to Pierre who is always smiling and in a good mood!"

"I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Las Terrenas. My only suggestion is to upgrade the main entrance's door, as it can be an inconvenient to keep calling with our cellphones every single time we need to enter or exit the facility. Just like the elevator, we should be able to use our room's key to come in.or step out. "

"Bathroom was dirty, no enough water pressure, front desk and administrator were unfriendly, no tv, the only exception was the owner, she was very polite but was overruled by Laura Noblon, manager. I booked for 4 nights but I left after the first night and the last comment from managers and front desk was “no return “"

"I have stayed at this property twice and every time it's been perfect. The rooms are immaculate, the front office staff is so helpful and it's just really nice peaceful place to stay. I love the pool and I love the Dominican breakfast in the morning just looking out at the water. It's the perfect distance to walk downtown or down to the other beaches, it's just like exactly the right spot. I love it . I'll definitely be staying here again and again! "
