I stayed at this hotel for4days.
Unfortunately, the room was never cleaned. A cleaning card was hung on the door of the room. By the time I got back to my room, it was after 4pm, not early. On the first day, I told the cleaning staff and the female front desk that they hadn't cleaned it, and just got a replacement towel and put up with it. However, there was no cleaning on the second day either. As expected, I could not stand it and went to the front desk to complain. However, instead of apologizing, the man at the front desk got annoyed. It was an attitude that discriminated against Asians who could not speakEnglish language. Is there a front desk that annoys customers when you guys make mistakes? "If you make a mistake, apologize first." This hotel has great location and facilities, but the staff needs training. Bad memories of Salzburg. I will never stay there again.
