Tudo incluso no preço total: energia, agua, taxa de condominio, grande Smart TV-HD Philips de 55 polegados, WiFi ultra rapido (fibra) no apartamento atendendo múltiplo usuários, uso da piscina e kiosque do condominio, uso de academia, campos de tênis, squash e futebol, uso da praia privada com espreguiçadeiras, banheiros e chuveiros.
O apartamento e de alto padrão, bem amplo (98m2), novo e completo: tem roupa de cama e toalhas recém-lavadas, ar condicionado silencioso nos dois quartos. Cama queen no quarto 1 e cama de casal e cama de solteiro no quarto 2. Tem tambem dois colchãos solteiros avulsos que podem ser utilizados onde quiser. Tem dois banheiros (um en suite). Excelente hospedagem

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o apartamento é super limpo, confortável e agradável, o condomínio também é muito bom. Cristiane foi super gentil, uma ótima anfitriã. Tive um pouco de dificuldade na chegada porque a portaria não localizava a autorização. O apartamento fica no segundo andar e esse é um ponto de atenção, porque tínhamos bastante bagagem e tivemos que subir tudo de escada, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a hospedagem. As piscinas e o quiosque são ótimos e ficam bem em frente ao apartamento. Nosso check-out foi às 11h e tivemos que liberar o apartamento, como nosso voo era somente no final do dia, a Cristiane gentilmente autorizou a nossa permanência no condomínio, onde pudemos ficar na piscina até o horário de irmos embora. Super recomendo a hospedagem e pretendo voltar.

Ótimo lugar para descansar no feriado do trabalhador. Não tem barulho, praia próxima, muito privilegiado, piscina, churrasqueira enfim tudo que você precisa para realmente recarregar as baterias e começar tudo novamente. Apartamento aconchegante com sky, ar condicionado nos quartos, chuveiro quente, e bem arejado. A vila da praia do forte fica próxima, onde curtimos a noite. O casal Cristiane e Felipe, muitos atenciosos, nos explicaram e deram todas as dicas de como curtir o complexo. Meu destaque vai para a varanda gourmet com churrasqueira e a máquina de fazer gelo que fica na área da piscina, que é um suporte muito favorável pra quem gosta de uma cervejinha gelada. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes no futuro.

Top Appartement optional Hotel Benefits

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und haben eine Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Appartement ist gut und funktional ausgestattet (auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt) und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist Top. Gelegen ist das Appartement-Haus innerhalb einer privaten Anlage der Iberostarkette. Innerhalb des Komplexes gibt es mehrere Appartement Häuser und auch zwei Ibersotar Hotels (4* und 5*). Der Vorteil ist, dass man sich entweder selbst versorgen kann, oder sich verschiedene Pakete bei den Hotels zukaufen kann. Wir haben oft das Frühstück im 5* Hotel genutzt (für 35BRL) oder das Abendessen (für 60BRL) Ansonsten sind wir in die umliegenden Orte gefahren (Auto ist erforderlich). Der Strand vor dem Komplex ist traumhaft und wenn man sich nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel bewegt ist er menschenleer. Zu unserer Zeit hatten wir den Pool (wie auf den Fotos) für uns alleine, da er exklusiv für die 3 Appartementhäuser ist. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und ist dementsprechend Top. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Eine Mappe im Appartement liefert auch alles wissenswerte über die Umgebung und Restauranttips. Rundum ein tolles Appartement mit optionalen Benefits eines Hotels. Bei Fragen könnt ihr mich sehr gerne kontaktieren Alex We were a group of 4 adults and one child and spent a week in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and functional (the kitchen is well equipped) and very clean. The location is great. Situated in a private complex of Iberostar chain. Within the complex there are several apartment houses and two Ibersotar Hotels (4 * and 5 *). The advantage is that you can either cater yourself, or buy several packages at the hotel. We often had breakfast at 5 * hotel (for 35BRL) or dinner (for 60BRL) Otherwise, we drove to the surrounding places (car is needed). The beach in front of the complex is fantastic and just a few steps from the hotel beach u are alone at the beach. During our stay we had the pool (as on the photos) for ourselves, because it is exclusive to the 3 apartment houses. The pool was cleaned daily and is accordingly Top. The owners are super nice and helpful. A file in the apartment also provides interesting facts about the environment and Restauranttips. Excelente apartamento!!

Passei o feriado de finados com amigos neste apartamento. São dois quartos (uma suíte) equipados com ar condicionado e camas de casal. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos, disponibilizaram dois colchões de solteiro para utilização na sala, totalizando seis hospedes. O apartamento está novo, tal qual as fotos disponibilizadas na internet. Tem roupa de cama, toalhas e utensílios domésticos. Tem TV por assinatura com vários canais em perfeito funcionamento. O condomínio é muito agradável, tranquilo, ambiente familiar. Gostei bastante e pretendo retornar em outra oportunidade. Recomendo!

Imóvel excelente tudo de bom gosto dou 4 estrelas , nada falta , localização melhor impossível , clube de praia ótimo , funcionários prestativos , atenciosos , e o Adilson que nos recepciona na praia um gentleman , muito educado , prestativo e atencioso .Tudo de bom e qualidade e uma recepção excelente por parte do casal proprietário , sem deixar faltar nada , se for levar tudo isso em conta acho que podemos falar em 5 estrelas . Com certeza voltarei , já fiquei no Tivoli eco resort e no Ibero star Bahia , mas prefiro este apto em que fiquei no condomínio minha nota e' 10

Imóvel muito bom

A localização e as acomodações do imóvel são muito boas. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e nos atendeu prontamente sempre que precisamos. Pretendemos retornar num futuro muito próximo. Fomos muito bem atendidos no Clube da Praia, tanto pelo Adilson na colocação das espreguiçadeiras na praia quanto pelos funcionários que trabalham no bar.

Gostaríamos de agradecer os proprietários Felipe e Cristiane pela ótima recepção e hospitalidade em que fomos recebidos no Condomínio Iberostar - Praia do Forte, são pessoas que transmite muita alegria, simpatia e credibilidade. O Apartamento é ótimo em todos os sentidos, localização,estrutura,limpeza,área de lazer, piscina, conservação e principalmente sua área gourmet (para quem gosta de um churrasquinho). O condomínio é sem palavras; LINDO !!! Vale cada centavo gasto, mas é muito importante estar de carro para fácil locomoção !!! Forte Abraço, ano que vem estamos de volta !!!

A estadia no apartamento do Iberostate foi muito boa. O imóvel é novo, bem arejado, decorado, equipado com móveis e TV por assinatura e com boa iluminação natural. Possui uma piscina e jardim bem cuidado. O imóvel é ideal para quem quer sossego, tranquilidade e uma praia privativa.

Excelente apartamento e estadia

Alugamos o apartamento diretamente com o casal proprietário via email. Muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O apartamento é amplo e tudo novinho. Possui os equipamentos mais importantes para uma estadia confortável. Utilizamos o serviço do Full Day Pass do Iberostar que nos permitiu, a um preço mais acessível, tomar café, almoçar e jantar no complexo. Agradeço aos proprietários a gentileza correspondida durante todo o processo de aluguel. Adoramos! Super recomendo e temos certeza que se voltarmos à Praia do Forte, essa será novamente a nossa escolha. :)

Ótimo apartamento. Preço justo, seguro e muito bem mobiliado, além da excelente localização dentro do complexo IberoStar. Adoramos nosso período de permanência no imóvel.
