The condominium also provides laundry facilities (also for common use) and a party room that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the usage fees charged by the condominium.
The pool usually closes on Mondays for treatment, but it can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week.
During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
