This modern townhome offers all the energy of city living without compromising on comfort and convenience. Located just a 3-minute walk from the Murray North TRAX station, you can easily catch a direct train to downtown SLC or the UU. Close to restaurants, theaters, shopping centers and everything you need; Freeway entrances are just a few minutes away, making it ideal for ski and family gathering. Two living rooms with 75" smart TVs. Fiber internet with mesh Wi-Fi. Fireplace in one living room. This modern townhome offers all the energy of city living without compromising on comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-lit and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The table can seat 6 and the adjoining kitchen counter can seat 3 more people.

There are a master bedroom , 2 smaller bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry closet on the top level. The master bedroom comes with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a king size bed and 2 nightstands. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a full size bed and 2 nightstands each.

The living room on the main level comes with a 75" TV, an electric fireplace, a leather sofa, a coffee table, a desk with chair and a half bath for your convenience.

Walking down to the ground level, you will find another living room that comes with a 75" TV with premium audio, a sleeping sofa, a coffee table and another half bath for your convenience.

Ski storage rack, EV changer and epoxy coated floor in the garage.

Extra linens will be provided to a group of more than 7 guests with fees.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee.

There is park right next to the townhome. Plenty of street parking at front on a first come first serve basis. A few minutes walk to the Front Climbing Gym. Chinatown Supermarket is just a few blocks away, where you can find numerous restaurants as well.

Video Doorbell at front. One security camera in the garage. No cameras inside the townhome at all.

Good location and room arrangement

Location was convenient for our needs, including several trips in SLC area. Property was clean, neighborhood was pleasant, and beds were comfortable. Would have liked more cooking and dining utensils for our group. Otherwise, very satisfied.
