「Hotel and room was excellent. The provided breakfast was disappointing. Low levels of food what was there seemed to be sitting for a while. All in all stay was great 」

「A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again」

「I was upset with all the noise in the hallway, but didn't take in that the guests were there for Spring Break and there was a hockey tournament taking plsce. All is understandable now 」

The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles.」

I asked staff about the state of the room and was given a mop to go clean the room myself. On the last night of our stay the room had a leak in the sprinkler. We notified staff and no one came to check on the leak. We changed rooms, the new room electrical was not working. We didnt have a working fridge, tv, or coffee maker. 「It was my 1st time to visit Prince George and to stay at this hotel "Hyatt Place Prince George". I was a little late to arrive and to check in, because of my train was delayed about 2 hours. But checking in was very smooth. Especially, here's free breakfast was great, very yummy!! Beaucoup, Thanks A Lot, Dohmo Ohkiniyi!! 」

「Room was clean, mini fridge was a decent size, and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I hadn't had dinner prior to checking in because the restaurant next door, Chaco's, gives you a discount for staying at the Anavada plus free room delivery! 」

「Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.」

「Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! 」
