「I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

「Great spot right in the beach with excellent ocean views, immediate beach access, and very easy walking distance to restaurants in the town. Very convenient bedroom and bathroom layout for multiple families. Parking availability was good, but the parking space itself is extremely tight (as noted by host) ... passengers absolutely must leave the vehicle before the driver parks and the driver must be very careful getting out of the vehicle depending on vehicles parked adjacent for other units.」

「Our stay in Newburyport was wonderful, despite the heat and closed beaches. Collin's flat was clean, furnished nicely with a comfortable bed, and a kitchen ideal for cooking. We knew beforehand that it would be noisy very early in the morning and did bring earplugs to block out the Juicery setup each morning and the daily garbage or recycling pick ups. Newburyport is full of great restaurants, shops and wonderful places to walk and sight-see. I recommend Collin's flat which is located above shops...
