"We had booked the Deluxe double room and it was excellent. Very clean and beautiful facilities as well as having tremendous old oak beams. Our room overlooked the High St so there was occasional background noise but it did not trouble us. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were excellent. We would stay here again and we made sure we got the directory for the other hotels in the chain because if they are of the same quality and price, we will visit those as well. My wife says...

"We had a fantastic stay here and can thoroughly recommend it. The hotel has been recently refurbished so everything is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and contemporary yet comfortable. Our room had everything we needed with additional extras like luxury toiletries, biscuits and sweets. We had a superb breakfast there and friends also joined us for an evening meal in the restaurant. We each chose something different, which was beautifully cooked and presented and we all thoroughly enjoyed....

"Overall our stay was very good.large room was very clean tidy and comfortable.the staff were very attentive.check in could be more organised as we didn't know where to go when we arrived. We know the owners have only been in charge for a couple of months but if they could look at carpet being bald in places and a lock on the room door then it would have been an excellent!"
