「フロントの方の駐車場所の指示などがとても的確で、停めている間にもチェックインの準備や荷物を見ていただいたりと、スタッフの方がとても親切でテキパキと対応していたのが大変気持ちよかったです。 シーズンオフのせいか朝食会場には私たちしかいませんでした。 朝食が素晴らしく、生のモッツァレラチーズがあったり、美味しい卵料理を作っていただいたりイタリアならではの朝食を楽しめました。近代的でとても居心地のいい綺麗なホテルでした。」

「We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever...

「The staff is very friendly and speak many languages. You are greeted by a staff member as soon as you arrive and led in to their beautiful lobby with comfortable sofas where they check you in. Then they take bring you a wonderful aperitif of your choice with little snacks. You feel very special the moment you walk in. Pure luxury. The housekeeping staff always kept your room clean replenishing bath towels as needed. The staff is very professional and helpful.」

「Boa estadia para quem está de carro. Localização bem perto da cidade. Hotel confortavel com boas instalações. A unica falha foi com a TV (o comando não estava funcionando corretamente). Pedimos para verificarem porem nada foi feito.」
