"Lovely 2 night stay and just as we remembered from previous visits which were a few years ago. Comfortable room and bed with side sea view. Hotel lounge/bar area comfortable and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant food was excellent with good continental breakfast with healthy options, fresh fruit as well as cooked menu if desired. Evening meal was also excellent. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use the spa or pool this time but it looked very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. "

"Wonderful stay in this quaint thatched Inn. Modernised rooms and wonderful ensuite with large bath and shower over, due to the property being burnt down early in the 2000s. Traditional wooden beamed bar and restaurant with exceptionally conscientious staff. Full English breakfast using locally sourced produce and a thoroughly enjoyable stay for the two of us "

"Everything was perfect, from courtesy parking, reception, cleaning staff, all professional polite and very smartly dressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely book here again if I am planning another trip to Sidmouth."
