"The nicest people. They greet you as you get there and take all your luggage for you to your room. Easy check in. The hotel is clean and they come and clean your room and give you new products every day. No need to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash they have big bottles in the shower already for you to use. "

"Room was great and the view ever better. We got the Skytree view room and it was so beautiful to see at night and to wake up to in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly and a huge help with making reservations for transportation, I will 100% be checking back here on my next trip. "

It had a convenience store in the lobby with lots of great food options and any supplies you might have forgotten to bring. Good location with a free shuttle to and from the airport but also just a quick taxi ride if your timing doesn't line up and you don't want to wait."
