「Excellent 」

「The Serai is in a coffee plantation; it is an oasis of calm in the centre of civilisation. We woke up to the chirping of birds and slept under a canopy of stars, both of which are impossible in the city.」

「Stay was peaceful. However, the food price, mainly the buffet lunch/ dinner is costing Rs. 2.5K per person. Any the hotel charges extra for room service (30% of the food order), which we felt was unfair.」

「Mice in the room. Understaffed. Pathetic room service. Exhorbitant sight seeing charges. No payment receipts or printed bills. Amount to be paid is mentioned on a scrap paper with out the name of the resort. Shady.」

「It's a luxury resort and has quality constructions and amenities. It's our 3rd stay for our family get-together We feel at home always」

「It was a good stay, clean. Could do a little better in the pillow cleanliness over all decent, close to the temple. Works」
