"Subarashii!! Great stay, staff were great, food was great, rooms were great! Everything was great!"

"スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしい。お料理も工夫がされていて、どれも美味しく、量も十分すぎるほどで大満足。土曜日の夜はロビーで生のジャズピアノのミニコンサートがあり、ライトアップされた庭園に浮かび上がり、最高でした。ありがとうございました。"

"静かで落ち着いた雰囲気が良い"

"Very courteous staffs!"

"Nice hotel/onsen in a beautiful location with a nice view of the valley below. I stayed in a single room so it was nice and cozy. I liked the bathhouse with views into the valley ... Very relaxing. My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some a-la-carte dishes but this option was not available Breakfast was good ... So overall a nice relaxing stay"

"Location of the hotel near few shopping malls and supermarkets."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Much appreciated."

"Room was smoky and there was nothing that could help."

"Beautiful well built older style hotel with marble walls and stairs and large room sizes and still in very good condition. No Onsen, Sauna or Laundry a bit disappointing but nice restaurants and very convenient to shops and our room had a great view of the river and city. Great breakfast and short ride to station via taxi or limited parking in building."
