"朝食とお風呂については、評判通りの素晴らしい内容でした。また、スタッフの方々のご対応も文句のつけようがありませんでした。　 しかし私達が泊まったツインのお部屋は、カーテンが少なくとも2ヶ所は大きく破れており、外から中の様子が見える様な感じがありました。また部屋の壁紙も目立つ位置が凹んでいたりといった具合で、今すぐ大掛かりな改修は難しくても、せめて目立たないよう補修を施すといった工夫を頂けないものかと、少々残念に　 思い、全体評価を下げました。 厳しい意見となりましたが、一人あたりの宿泊費で考えた場合こういう気持ちを抱いた次第です。"

"The room was clean and spacious. There is an onsen on the 12th floor and a laundry on the 2nd floor. The hotel is literally 15-20 feet from the station. It is central to the station, the market, the shops, and the restaurants. This location cannot be beat. The only negative is that there are only two small elevators, and there is a wait to go up and down."

"We were there for the cherry blossoms at Goryokaku Park, and this hotel was a convenient place to stay. It’s located right next to Hakodate Station, making it very easy to travel in and out of the city using public transportation. The hotel also offers complimentary toiletries, which you can pick up in the lobby area. The staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young lady at reception showed us the website of live camera by the observatory so that we can check visibility from the hill top. Hotel location is perfect and an easy stroll to the most beautiful part in Hakodate. The decoration of former bank converted hotel is cool and stylish. The bathroom in double room is spacious in Japanese standard while the room is a bit cramped but we managed as we only spent two nights "

"Wonderful location. Close to train station, morning fish market and restaurants are just steps away. Basic hotel. Bring your PJ. Breakfast is pretty good... Mainly Japanese food but it was delicious. The rate was fantastic for me. I would stay again!"
