There's also a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, this level has a shower and separate toilet.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), one room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long), and one room with two bunk beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). There's also another shower and separate toilet on this level.
Finally, on the second upper floor, there's a room with sloping ceilings featuring one bed (90 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a television. This room also leads out to a small 15-square-meter terrace with a south-facing position and outdoor furniture, offering views of the sea.
