"Overall it’s fair to stay there. First of all, it’s our first family trip to DC, and we don’t really know the hotel doesn’t offer on site parking until we got there for check in. So we had the valet parking for the staying days and tipped the driver after checked out. Basically it’s $200 extra. Well, we do understand the hotel locates in the city, so it’s kind of fair. Secondly, the carpets in the room is pretty old and dirty, it has stains that could be seen. So I let my kids have their shoes on most of the time. The room keeper did the great job, at least the towels were clean. If the boss can upgrade the carpets and more, I would like to give another chance to stay here when we visit DC again. Thanks!"

"Nice stay. Only issue was parking, or lack thereof. The best option is to pay for the Valet service, which was excellent. Unfortunately that can get expensive however. Otherwise great location and great stay."

"The room was looking worn - especially the faux leather headboard which was flaking. One elevator was out of order which caused lots of shared use by customers and cleaning/construction crews and stops in each floor. Staff was always friendly and quick with a greeting, though."

"The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."

"Everything was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The only concern I had was that I had an emergency and couldn’t check out because I was in a hurry. I called the staff, but no one answered. Eventually, someone did answer, but they hung up on me without knowing that I had an emergency. They didn’t seem to be aware of the situation and didn’t take any action to help me."
