"Everything was great"

"The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."

I called the staff, but no one answered. Eventually, someone did answer, but they hung up on me without knowing that I had an emergency. They didn’t seem to be aware of the situation and didn’t take any action to help me."

"The chlorine level in the pool was entirely too high for the size of the pool. It burned your eyes just as soon as you walked into the pool room."

"Lovely hotel within walking distance to Union Market and several great restaurants. Room was a great size and we appreciated the convenience of the grab & go snacks and drinks and onsite restaurants. Great stay, will definitely be back!"
