Staff was super attentive and rooms were spotless, its a hostel /working space feel. Most amazing coffee, great area to lounge, truly amazing staff, friendly and easy to approach. Beds were comfortable and it truly met our budget as we were here simply to walk with the monks ( walk for peace and to support the USA, we were visiting from Canada and simply needed something clean and affordable for our ahort stay. 🙏

Clean room, nice bed with excellent linen, accommodating front desk staff (Erick was very helpful), amenities were great (all toiletries) too. I stayed in a private room. I recommend staying here for all of the above reasons and the many food options in the area.

This place is an exceptional value. 24 hour front desk always professional friendly and helpful. Queen room with private bath clean clean clean. Very comfy bed all in lively neighborhood with restaurants cafes and bars all within a 3-5 minute walk. I cannot imagine a better value in Washington DC.

The location was perfect. A neighborhood feel close to so many wonderful ethnic restaurants. At reception, Naz was sooo helpful! She assisted us in planning our time in DC - which was challenging because the government (and all the Smithsonian museums)!were closed. But- thanks to Naz- we had a great trip!

Had a great stay at HighRoad. Great location in the heart of Adams Morgan, and room was lovely and clean. Only thing to bear in mind is there's no lift, which is unideal - that being said, the person at the desk did offer to help with my suitcase if needed.
