Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this 2-rooms apartment with alcove of 40 m² that can accommodate up to 5/6 people.
The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has a South-West exposure with 2 balcony.

The apartment is composed of :

- A living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, micro-wave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
- A bedroom with double bed.
- A cabin with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub and sink.
- An independent toilet

Additional equipments : garage, ski locker and swimming pool.
Animal with additional cost : 5€ a day or 25€ a week.

Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subject to availability; for prices, contact us):

- Wifi box rental
- Linen rental: sheets, towels
- Rental of childcare equipment: high chair, cot

The Grand Panorama residence is located 50 meters from the Saint-Gervais cable car, leading to the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area, and 800 meters from the village center. In the immediate vicinity of a bakery, tobacco shop and sporting goods rental shops.
In summer, you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool (warning: the swimming pool is opened in summer only, never during winter seasons).

Swimming pool opening information: 15/06/2025 to 15/09/2025 (unless contrary decision by the condominium).

Très bon emplacement

Appartement confortable et très bien placé, quelques dizaines de mètre du télécabine (le Bettex). Possibilité d’aller à pied en centre-ville (10min). Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
