"Stayed here whilst visiting a chateau in the area. Lovely peaceful surroundings, giant chess in the vast gardens and a tree swing. Added bonus for us was the free electric charge points. You had to get a code from reception and they were only slow chargers but that was ideal for us as we plugged in overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet clean room overlooking the gardens. Perfect venue for a bigger gathering too."

Le logement était fonctionnel, et rien ne manquait. Bien qu’éloigné du centre-ville, il avait les qualités de ses défauts, c’est à dire qu’il était calme et le stationnement était aisé. "From the moment we arrived to handing the room keys back on departure we were made to feel welcome by the host / the owner. No issues, good knowledge of where to eat, excellent breakfast, best coffee, excellent bakery items from the local bakery next door. Even let me leave my car outside after departure whilst we looked around the beautiful town. Mayenne is a lovely place, a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely views overlooking the river."

"This appears to be a re-badged Campanile hotel which has just had Campanile signs changed to Design Inn. As such it provides good basic, no frills accommodation. The one difference with Campanile is that this hotel does not provide dinner but is very close to a Buffalo Grill which is conveniently located for dinner. There were various places where old Campanile signs had been removed but not well repaired so it gives the impression of not being well cared for. The staff were very helpful and found a secure place to store my bicycle. The breakfast was fine without being exceptional."

"We had room on the top floor everything it was fine,comfy bed and nice shower We had a drink and a meal in the restaurant only 3 choices but again very nice and well presented The hotel had a large coach party in and the 3 staff done very well to keep everyone happy and fed Basic hotel but good value and great staff"
