The 130m² house consists of:

Upstairs (2 bedrooms):
✔ A landing with two sofas, a workspace, and a large TV (note: no TV box but gaming console included)
✔ One bedroom with a 160x200 bed

A baby cot is available for free (without bed sheets).

Ferdinand, your host, provides linens (sheets, towels, etc.) and essentials (coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil). I spend a lot of time in this house, so you may find some personal belongings, though I make sure to store them away.
You will have exclusive access to the entire house and outdoor spaces.
There are no other rentals on the property.
Ferdinand will be available to provide recommendations to enhance your stay (walks, activities, etc.).
You will receive all necessary information a few days before your arrival.
A Stay in the Heart of the Norman Countryside
Ideally located in the Orne region (2h15 from La Défense), just 10 minutes from Camembert, close to Calvados and remarkable sites (45 minutes from Cabourg and Houlgate, 1 hour from the D-Day beaches, Deauville, and Trouville).
All shops (supermarket, market, newsstand, pharmacy, banks, tobacco shop, bakery) are 3 minutes by car in Gacé.
For groceries, we also recommend Vimoutiers, where you'll find a variety of small specialty stores:
