「Logement pratique, propre et fonctionnel pour visiter Paris en laissant son véhicule avec station de métro à 2 pas. Appartement adapté pour 4 personnes. Pour info, cela m'a surpris de devoir réserver avec la CB sur Abritel puis devoir ensuite régler au propriétaire pour finaliser la réservation. Une information préalable aurait évité mon inquiétude.」

「Wir waren zu 3 da, Dezember, Heizung funktionierte nur schlecht bis kaum, vieles war kaputt, Betten durchgelegen, Steckdosen teils locker, Dusche nur für Kinder geeignet. Saint Denis ist leider eine Ghetto Gegend, besser vorher informieren, wo man bucht. Check in war einfach, nach Anweisung per Telefon, Parkplatz war nützlich, die Agentur nett. Aber das Apartment definitiv zu teuer für die Kaputte Ausstattung und kaum Heizung」

「conformes mais un évident problème d’égout laissait un odeur atroce dans l’appartement et la présence d'un échafaudage avec des ouvriers dés 8h du matin sur la façade n'a pas simplifié le repos. Je comprend que c'est sans doute passager et que notre hôte n'en était pas responsable.」

「Location is great but the apartment itself is not as described. The beds are not comfortable, kitchen accessories are not enough, overall cleanliness is poor. The check in and check out process is cumbersome.」

「Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. There was no adequate linen...
