The Kamooks are very comfortable and warm given the negative degree weather we had! Staff is always nice and friendly, even to those of us who do not speak french well (or at all). Dining options are busy on the weekend, so get a reservation or get in early. Area is beautiful and a great skiing and snowmobile destination. We have made this an annual trip and look forward to continuing in the future!

Great property overall. Limited supplies such as garbage bags or recycling bags. (No extras) We were told no coffee and filters but there was some on arrival. Also only 2 towels and there were 4 but we brought some in case. Would suggest you bring your own pillows and an extra blanket.

We arrived at 10:30 at night and we couldn’t get into our Yurt. They said that there wouldn’t be anyone on site but not to worry because the door would be unlocked with the keys inside. That was not the case and we have no reception so we couldn’t contact anyone, we called the number as soon as we got reception and of course with the time no one answered but we left a message We were forced to go back to Chicoutimi to get two hotel rooms which cost almost 100$ more than we paid for the yurt plus all the travel for nothing. We are hoping to be reimbursed and compensated for the extras we needed to pay at the last second. Really not impressed

Le site, la propreté, la qualité de l'hebergement. La gentillesse de notre hôte jumelé a la proximité du centre de ski et des autres activitées de plein-air disponible dans la région on rendu notre séjour des plus agréable. Nous y retournerons.

Magnifique endroit! Quoique la propreté était un peu négligée et quelques manquements comme du papier de toilette totalement absent, aucune eau pour laver notre vaisselle, le frigo débranché à notre arrivée et pas froid à notre arrivée. Le reste etait super! L’emplacement avait un charme fou et super bien situé pour nos besoins. Le personnel était super fin et efficace lors de nos demandes! Merci!

Le foyer ne fonctionnait pas, on a eu un peu froid, on voulait avoir un feu intérieur. Pas fonctionnel. Il y a des petites insectes sur les toiles au dessus des lits, un petit coup d’aspirateur ferait la job. Le bruit de l’échangeur d’air nous a dérangé pour dormir, il y a une fuite près du lit. À part cela ce fut une bonne expérience. Avoir un petit four grille pain pourrait améliorer l’expérience.

La yourte est très jolie, mais très près des autres yourtes. Aussi le fait qu'elles ne soient pas alimentées en eau, n'est pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation, sur Expedia en tous les cas. Mais les sanitaires sont très biens, et très privatifs. Aussi communications sont très très lentes pour des infos comme les restos disponibles ou pas. Et aussi manque d'indications pour se rendre à Imago.

Plein d'équipements mais manque de confort

Points positifs : barbecue à disposition, aucun vis à vis, vue sur les étoiles grâce au Dôme pour s'endormir, emplacement hyper calme. Sanitaires modernes et propres. Points négatifs : restaurant et café fermés en été et sans que cela soit marqué sur le site. Nous avons dû faire 40 min de route AR pour aller chercher à manger. Le lit sur la mezzanine est simplement posé à même le sol et très proche du plafond.

Super séjour mais la lumière du garage de la maison qui semble appartenir aux proprios pourrait être orienté différemment ou fermé le soir, sinon avec les restos ouverts en haute saison ce soit être encore plus parfait.

Environnement magnifique. Par contre le fait de devoir faire les lits soit même â l’arrivée, alors que ceci n’est pas mentionné dans le descriptif et que cet hébergement se positionne comme un hôtel n’est pas normal. Responsable du site non professionnel et peu courtois.
