The room was very clean, well ventilated and comfortable

Excellent hotel with top amenities. Staff wa courteous and helpful. The only negative is you have to take two elevators to and from the rooms. Location is great. The restaurant downstairs is top notch.

The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The exposed stone in the room was lovely. The hotel bar was well stocked and staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. The location was nice, just below the main part of the old city. Though parking is not included, the have some spots in front of the hotel, and an arrangement with a public lot beside the hotel for overflow.

The Monsieur Jean experience was absolutely incredible. From parking to reception to the lobby & restaurant.

We were very impressed with this boutique hotel. Every thing about it was first class, including the bountiful breakfast that was delivered to our door each day and the price was right. If we return to Quebec City, we will definitely stay here again. There was some difficulty setting the room temperature, but the staff tried to help us with that. They also were able to get us a reservation at the outstanding Michelin Star restaurant adjacent to the hotel (Légende) on short notice.
