「Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special.」

「We stayed at this Hotel in June while visiting all the WW2 sites and doing 3 tours . The hotel was fabulous could not fault , near to everything , the welcome we received from Etienne was amazing from checking in to vacating and helping out with train suggestions and printing out tickets was incredible, the personal touches from this gentleman was truly a hugh asset for the Hotel , and a true professional , polite & friendly . The cleaning team were amazing and our room was cleaned daily ....

「Located within walking distance from the heart of Bayeux and about a 10 minute walk or few minute drive to the train station - super convenient! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with spoke English well and tolerated my broken elementary-level French. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing (kids loved it too) and probably contributed to less room in my waistline.」

「Nice hotel! Vehicle parking available across the street towards the pier. Friendly staff! Breakfast was very good!! Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Good to know: no elevator access to upper levels; stairs only. Not a big deal imho. Nice area! Great location; close to WWII historic sites. About a 15 minute drive to the American Military Cemetery, and about a 1.5 hour drive to Mont Saint Michel to the southwest and Le Havre area to the north east. I would stay here...

「#1: Google Maps failed to get us to the property every time. This is not the fault of the owners, but it is something every visitor should know. #2: check-in time is 5:00. We arrived way too early, but we were lucky that our room was already clean and ready. Our host was very nice and accommodating. 「Location was fantastic. Very charming owner-owned establishment. No air conditioning but our room had ample windows with great views. The breakfast was really charming. Cheeses, breads, croissants etc. Fred greeted us and was always friendly and helpful.」
