「Great location and price. Easy and flexible check-in with great communication from host. The hot tub could be cleaner, there was a lot of debris caught around the drain when we used it. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because there seems to be almost no sound-proofing between this unit and the one upstairs. There were two different bookings that overlapped with ours, and my partner and I could hear everything both stays were doing: every footstep, every word of their conversations,...

「Great location. Clean. Photos represent property well.」

「The communications with the owner couldn't have been better. They made every accommodation that we asked. The house was completely as advertised and clean. We had a great time and would love to book the house again in the future. Highly recommend for a quick getaway of the City! Especially during Covid. Thanks again!」

「Beautiful property with an especially nice pool area that's surrounded by gorgeous trees. The cottage is charming, and has many private spaces for spreading out and getting some downtime. The living area is large and airy, great for relaxing with others and watching shows, movies, sports. Minutes from Wades Beach, which is really pretty and laid back.」

「We just wrapped up our stay, and this property is now our favorite in the area. The house was extremely clean and clearly very well maintained. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything we needed, and my wife and son loved being able to walk right to the beach. The jacuzzi at night under the stars was our favorite part of the whole trip. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, with all the little touches throughout the property that made the stay truly exceptional. We can't recommend...

「Very cozy house in a great location!」

「House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. A little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and it's the Hamptons. Thanks for a pretty flawless stay.」

「Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. 」

「Views are incredible. Lucky enough to have had great weather before Memorial Day weekend! Our family loved it! Hot tub was wonderful.」

「Great house with lots of space. Perfect location! The host is extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend!」

「We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until...
