The room was very clean, well equipped and added details like earplugs, coffee, milk and a good size bottle of water. They responded my queries promptly and helpful. I was able to leave my cases before checking time at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to building and room. Short walk from Atocha station, lots of buses and metro station close by.

Great location and nice property overall. Breakfast was great. Pool area was very nice. Most of the staff were very helpful, but we struggled to get things like extra towels and pillows. No facial tissues in the bathrooms which is unusual for a hotel.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff, very clean rooms, excellent views from the terrace and good food in the restaurant. I would stay at this hotel next time I’m in Madrid.
