"From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our experience at the Westin Grand Central was exceptional. The welcome was warm and genuine, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to help. What truly set this hotel apart were the thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Being greeted with complimentary mimosas and delicate macarons was such a lovely surprise and immediately made our stay feel special. The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. But more than the amenities, it was the people who made the difference. Every interaction reflected a commitment to outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire Westin Grand Central team for making our New York City visit so memorable. We left feeling appreciated and well cared for, and we look forward to staying with you again on our next trip."
