"The room was immaculately, clean and quite comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as I had to change rooms because there was no parking in front of the room. I was initially assigned. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay there again."

"Room wasn’t well-equipped. There was a coffee maker in the room, but it didn’t work. I had to get cups from the breakfast room. The shower had two hand soaps and one conditioner. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, either. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The pluses are that it’s close to downtown and the bed was comfortable. Staying at the Holiday Inn next time. "

"The staff were very helpful with helping me find activities near the hotel. I loved the view of the river and city of Sac from my room."

"Checked in ok. Went to my room. As I stepped off the elevator, i could smell Marijuana. As i walked down the hall, the smell got stronger. Went down to the lobbya dn talked with the young lady at the desk. She said they are not expose to be smoking. Took a few minutes to get her to want to change my room. The next morning i talked with a man at the desk about it. He said they will be xharged for dsmoking in the hotel. With a sorry for the issue. When said sorry, it was with the attitude of i dont care and you deal with it. Not staying here again."

"This facility is Clean and the staff was welcoming. I was there for a conference. The catering staff was amazing. Especially Jay and Connie!! "

"My room was clean and good. My only complaint is there were advertisements everywhere about “eating in” at their restaurant but there was no restaurant. Not sure why they were advertising if it is nonexistent. Other than that it was good. "
