Great owner. Great breakfast. Very nice room. Great views.

Great property. Staff and GM were very kind and helpful. All of our needs were met. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Beau Site is overlooking Zermatt with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. Great hotel with welcoming staff. This ended up as a very relaxing five day vacation with pampering service and good food.

Had an amazing stay!

This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

Nice stay. Easy access to Zermatt.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

Amazing stay. Rain shower and balcony were exactly what we needed and wanted for our stay! Will stay again!

The facility was outstanding! Staff were professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and activities. Indoor and outdoor heated pool with spa facilities made for an exciting time. Would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful property in Zermatt. Close walk to center of town, service was excellent.

Lovely place and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We arrived at the train station and used the phone at the station to call the hotel for a pickup and they were there in 5 minutes. The breakfast was great and the wellness center was very useful after a long hike. No one used it when we were there. They took us promptly at the time of request to the train station on departure day.
