The owner went above and beyond to help us have a great trip!!!! We were able to book bus tickets to Hanoi and tickets to Fansipan from the hotel as well. He was quick to respond to messages and spoke English well.

Wir waren über Tết in diesem Hotel und durften den besten Service genießen. Bei Ankunft gab es erstmal einen Tee und ein Zimmerupgrade. Morgens konnte man frühstücken und da zwischen 6 Menüs wählen. Die Gastgeber waren so unendlich freundlich. Haben uns zweimal zum Abendessen eingeladen, sodass wir Tết hautnah miterleben konnten. Das Hotel hat auch eine sehr gute Lage und war sauber. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft die wir erleben durften.

NOISY, NOISY LE GRAND

Sejour de 5 nuits du 3 au 8/11/2018. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec fenêtre. En guise de fenêtre nous avions une ouverture sur un espace clos donnant sur le tuyau d'évacuation de la hotte de la cuisine. La chambre d'une dimension correcte était très humide à cause de l'absence de ventilation et de climatisation et les murs étaient mouillés et moisis. Néanmoins le personnel de l'hôtel a qui j'ai fais part de ce désagrément m'a expliqué sa connaissance du problème dû à un défaut de construction de l'immeuble et son projet d'y remédier prochainement. Personnel disponible et sympatique, petit déjeuner préparé à la demande de bonne qualité .

Très bien !

"Ah"et son équipe sont des personnes très gentilles et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Ils organisent tout ce que vous leur demandez, sans sourciller. Les prix sont claires et il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. Il y a plusieurs restaurants aux alentours du Sapa Snow hôtel et il n'est pas situé très loin du vieux centre ville de Sapa. L'hôtel est propre et j'y ai apprécié tous mes petits déjeuners. Le seul point négatif est que les chambres de n'ont pas toutes une fenêtre, mais ce n'est pas gênant si vous utilisez votre chambre seulement pour dormir. Vous pouvez quand même tenter de demander une chambre avec fenêtre lors de votre réservation. Je vous recommande a 200% cette hôtel dans lequel j'ai passé un agréable séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins.

A small hotel that worth for money

Everything is very good. The breakfast have many choices and only cost US$1. The only drawback is no air-conditioning but it is not a big problem in this coolest town of Vietnam.
