"The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. "Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly. Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "
