「The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The bedding had a strong smoke odor and cigarette hole. 」

「The staff at this location are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, which was appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was in decent shape, clean bedding and bathroom. The room was surprisingly quiet, and the A/C worked great! It was a safe and decent place to stop overnight on a long roadtrip. 」

The front desk staff member was friendly and provided good service; however, my overall stay was very disappointing for the following reasons: After taking a shower and getting ready for bed, I opened the blanket and found bugs, hair, and a significant amount of sand in the bed. 「This is a charming B&B. It is a gem in a lovely rural mountain setting. The proprietors are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the dining room and not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay!」

「We booked it because of the restaurant on the property. It has been shut down. They should have taken it off their amenities listed. I would have preferred an outdoor room due to mobility issues. They said they were full. I saw many that were not being used. 」

「 Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches.」

「The hotel was under construction. There was dirty water in the ice bucket from the previous person that stayed in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The tub did not drain. The staff was great, but the facilities were terrible.」

「Fine for the price. The common areas has sticky stuff spilled on the floors in different locations and they were not cleaned up for duration of stay. Room was pretty clean but did need to wipe up hair on floor by vanity. Breakfast has a nice variety and was well stocked with plenty of seating options. Common areas in hotel were VERY warm and smelled like smoke. Temperature in room was very warm and hard to regulate. Beds were comfortable. 」
