"Called the day of my stay to announce a late arrival r/t airlines delays, the receptionist asked for my information and stated it was noted and would be fine. Thirty minutes later, she canceled my reservation and charged my cc. Later to find out it was the manager..smh! Be careful when booking with them!!!"

"The stay was pretty decent and the room was clean. There was no where to get drinking water or a fountain on the property other than paying for a bottled water from a vending machine. The gentleman working the front desk that evening offered me a couple of bottled waters, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately, when I went to shower the next morning, the water wouldn't turn on. When I mentioned this at checkout, the lady at the desk explained that I just had to "pull it really hard" and that "a lot of guests have problems with our showers". I explained to her that I had tried pulling and twisting it and that it was actually pulling away the caulking from the wall, but she was just very dismissive. Her reaction sullied an otherwise fairly pleasant stay."

"We had a handicapped room that was very nice with a big bathroom and walk-in shower. The motel is older but was still nicely maintained. The breakfast was good. We were unable to find a handicapped parking spot and most of the other ones were limited to members, so we had to park clear in the back. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor so that was very inconvenient . The parking and ice is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5."

"The room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Smelled a bit musty but the AC soon freshened the room up. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, towels, soap and shampoo. Shower/tub fixtures in our room (319) were in really poor condition and need replacing. Tub/shower needs re-caulking (mold) and the drain was very slow; we were ankle deep in water with each shower. Breakfast area was clean and looked well maintained. The food selection was ok and tasted quite good. Overall the hotel was good. We would stay there again."

"After a stressful stay at another hotel. I was so happy to be here. The staff were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is making the pool area more inviting. The dim lighting and dark room made it feel like a basement. I had no desire to swim there. Lighting and mood was terrible."

"The hotel was very outdated. The drains did not drain in the tub nor the sink. The wood was damaged and just painted over them. The bed was decent but it felt dirty. The sofa was worn and it was uncomfortable we did not stay our full booking. On top of it the hotel even refused to give us a refund even though we were not happy with the stay or accommodations."
