良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコ ンディションと設備
Room was cleaner than most higher priced hotels. However, I noticed that the heating/cooling unit was starting to get a build up of dust on the front.
The hinges on door to the bathroom needs to be greased. They creak very loudly! Wakes others in the room. Door was also harder to close so it was impossible to shut it quietly.
It was disappointing to not have an arm chair in the room as pictured on site.
However, we were relieved to see a microwave and mini frig. I never found where the rooms had them at this location. I read one reviewer say their room had one. However, the pics for the room didn’t show either so wasn’t sure if the room we got would have them.
Was pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear anything outside our room, even the ice maker. It was loud when it dropped ice once, when we were walking down the hall.
Everyone at the front desk was friendly.
Loved that our pet could stay for free!
